What is Corona? 

Corona (Covid-19) refers to a disease caused by a virus called the corona. It spreads from one person to another through the air, many variants of which are being seen right now, such as U.K. Variants.

Symptoms of corona -

• Fever

• dry cough

• Exhaustion

• Body ache

• Respiratory distress

• Diarrhoea

• Lack of taste in food

• Chest pain

• Headache

If you see all these symptoms in yourself, immediately seek the help of a doctor and keep yourself at home so that no one else gets infected due to you. If you feel extreme illness, then get admitted in the hospital so that you can be examined properly.

Effect of the second wave of corona –

The first wave of Corona arrived in India in March 2020 and now in March 2021, its second wave has come. Most of the cases of covid-19 in the 2nd wave are seen among the youth than the old, and the death rate has also increased than before which is not a good thing. Statistics say that this time children, teens and youth are more at risk from Corona, which means that the future of the country is in danger.

Possible reasons behind the growing case of Covid -

The reasons behind increasing cases of Covid in India are people being negligent about Corona and the summer season. In India, people are being vaccinated for free, but still, people are negligent due to which India is also facing severe economic losses because the vaccine of Covid is given to the patients in 2 phase with a difference of almost 2 weeks. But due to the negligence of the people, 23 lakh vaccines have been destroyed in India so far as most of the citizens don’t take the 2nd dose and due to this, the process of vaccination has slowed down. Also, some people have spread rumours about vaccination due to which people are nervous about getting vaccinated. Due to all these reasons, we are facing more problems.

We know the reason, but now it’s more about caution and safety. What precautions can we take to avoid corona?

 Ways to avoid corona-

• Must wear ‘mask’ while exiting the house. The correct way to wear a mask is to wear it in such a way that the entire area from one ear to the other ear and from nose to chin is completely covered and do not forget to sanitize your hand before wearing the mask and after removing it.

• Try not to visit crowded places and try to stay at home as much as possible.

• Wash your hands with soap or hand wash every 20 minutes and wash in such a way that the top and bottom of your hand along with nails are well cleaned.

• Whenever you get out of the house, keep the distance of 1 meter from people.

• When sneezing or coughing, cover your face with a handkerchief, tissue paper or your elbow or shoulder so that your actions do not hurt anyone else.

• The most accurate way to avoid corona is to strengthen your immunity because only then the virus will not affect you or even if you get affected you will recover faster than others. The best way to strengthen immunity is to consume Ayush decoction. It has been told by the Ministry of Ayush that Ayush Kwath / Ayush Kudinir / Ayush Joshanda should be consumed 3-4 times daily like a hot substance like tea. It contains herbs and medicinal spices like Cinnamon, Tulsi, Krishna Maricha, Sinthi, which strengthens our immunity.

• Whenever you feel like having fever, weakness, as well as no taste in your mouth while eating, then without any delay & without any hesitation, show it to the doctor immediately and get your Covid checked.

• The most important thing is to get vaccinated as soon as you are eligible for vaccination, and do not forget to take the second dose as well.

• If you are at home, remember that Newton also discovered gravity at the time of lockdown. So if you have time, instead of wasting time, spend it on some new skills. Who knows maybe you are the next newton!

• Often, humans get bored living at the same place and in the same environment, due to which we feel negative vibes. Due to those negative vibes, we may feel depression, anxiety, restlessness and mood swings. So to fight it we need to do the physical work. For this, we can do yoga, exercise or do household cleaning or household chores and otherwise dancing or playing physical games in some way can also prove to be helpful.

The rumour is said to be spread quickly than the virus. So protect yourself from rumours and do not spread Corona’s WhatsApp messages here and there. It can create unnecessary problems.
